Cancellation(/Claim) Policy

1. Cancellation

Once you submit a PO, it cannot be canceled.


2. Claim

If you find our product is not in a good condition, you have a right to claim to us.

Costs of Return Shipping and Repairing

  • Within 1 year period, if the product is not in a good condition because of our factory faults, then you will not be charged in both shipping and repairing cost.
  • Within 1 year period, if the product is not in a good condition because of the customer faults, then you will be charged in both shipping and repairing cost. 
  • Over 1 year period, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning and repairing the goods.
